3. Goods: Applies to any products or services supplied under the contract conditions.
4. Payment: Payment transfer for all purchases on this site will only be activated when the goods have been checked, packed and ready to be collected by the courier.
5. Working Days: Monday to Friday with exception of the days designated as Danish national holidays.
B. APPLICATION
1. Each order for goods or services placed by You to Danatex is an offer by You to purchase these goods
2. No order placed by You shall be accepted by Danatex until Danatex despatches the goods to You. Until this time there is no legally binding contract between You and Danatex.
C. DELIVERY OF GOODS
1. Delivery of the goods shall take place at the address You provided to Danatex when the order was placed.
2. Danatex cannot be held responsible for any loss or inconvenience suffered by You due to delay in delivery following despatch of the order.
3. Danatex shall repair or replace, free of charge any product damaged or lost in transit where delivery has been undertaken by a Danatex nominated courier. This providing You inform Danatex in writing of such damage within 14 days of receiving the goods.
D.PRICING
1. All prices on www.danatex.com are shown in EUR.
2. The price payable for the goods or services on this home page shall be the price set out by Danatex in close co-operation with their principles, and is the current price at the date of despatch.
3. All prices shown on this home page include delivery costs, unless otherwise clearly stated. The prices shown do not include VAT, import tariffs or local taxes, therefore all Danish customers should visit www.danatex.dk where prices exclude VAT and are shown in Danish Kroner.
